The 2011 Brgy. Luna, Lapaz Arnis Tournament was successfully held by barangay officials headed by Hon. Capt. Rolando Espulgar and Hon. Peace & Order Kagawad Romeo C. Estrilles in cooperation with the Lightning Scientific Arnis International-Philippine Dynamic Arnis (LSAI-PDA) of Grandmaster Rogelio H. Galvarole and the Iloilo City Sports Council chaired by Vice Mayor Joe Espinosa III on June 12, 2011 at the Boboy Sombriano Bldg., Brgy. Luna, Lapaz, Iloilo City.
Competitions were held for the anyo “forms” and labanan “sparring” categories for different youth age brackets.
